Fundraising is rolling along.
Another year goes by since we lost our brother in law, Greg, to cancer. Another year of hearing of more cancer diagnosis for friends, so here I go again. My fundraising is rolling along nicely thanks to Wohlers of Tanunda hosting a fabulous high tea for me, which raised $963. I have also been donated a couple of fantastic prizes for a raffle, but more about that when I have it organized. Another Birdwood business has promised an awesome donation. We also have Alex Kowald's Open Garden at Frosty Flats just out of Birdwood to look forward to in November. It was supposed to be a quiet year of fundraising for me, while Harry and I concentrate on growing our business. The powers that be clearly have other ideas. Watch this space and thank you everyone for your ongoing amazing support.
I'm Riding for a reason in January
I’m challenging myself during the 2020 Santos Tour Down Under this January with the Ride for a Reason team to fundraise and help us work towards a cancer free future!
The money raised through Ride for a reason enables Cancer Council to fund vital prevention, research, advocacy and support programs that save lives.
With one in two Australians diagnosed with cancer before the age of 85, the need to find better ways to detect and treat cancer is real.
Donate to support my ride and help us work towards a cancer free future!
