Tour Down Under Challenge Tour

I'm Riding for a reason in January

Cancer has been a part of my life from an early age. When I was four years old my older brother, Mark, died from leukemia. This had a profound affect on my life. I remember spending much of my early childhood waiting in the parklands surrounding the Adelaide Children's Hospital, whilst Mark received treatment. My parents never really recovered from Mark dying.

Many of my dearest friends have died from cancer in recent years.  I ride to remember and honour Tim Whitelum, Gabby Hamlyn and John Zeptner, Kevin Deakin and Tullal Andary. Like my brother, they died too young.
