I'm Riding for a reason in January
My big sister passed away from cancer in June 2023. Feeling helpless against an aggressive condition which has changed my family's life forever, I am dedicating this January to ride as many km’s as I can to support the many South Australians impacted by cancer.
So far I have set my target as 444km, the time my sister passed 4:44am 23rd June 2023.
With 1 in 2 Australians diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85, we all have our reason to ride. What’s yours?

Monday 1st Jan I used to think cancer was something that I hear happening to other people but not to anyone I know. August 2022 was when we first found out about my big sister’s diagnosis of late stage ovarian cancer. My family had never been faced with such a challenge before, we were devastated but we did our best to remain hopeful.Thank you to my Sponsors
